Keeping the headlights on and working is important. When you drive, the headlights will have to be on so others can see where you are at. If you do not, there is an increased chance that they might run into you or cause an accident. Proper headlight care is important. Bring the vehicle in for regular maintenance so we are able to inspect all the parts of it. This will even include the headlights, taillights, blinkers, and hazard lights. If there is an issue, we can repair it as soon as possible for you.

When you are home, you can also check the lights by turning them on, and walking around the vehicle. If one appears dim or dull, contact us. Sometimes the lens or bulb will need to be inspected to help ensure that it can provide you the best visibility. You can also check the blinkers this way as well. The headlights can be switched to fog or bright so you can ensure that they are all working properly.

Besides checking to make sure they illuminate, you can check the position of the lights as well. You will want to light up a majority of the road so you can see in front of you, as well as to the side and the ditches. If the lights are too high, you will not see the road in front of you. You may also increase the chance of the lights hitting an oncoming vehicle. This can result in an accident as well. With any issue you notice, always make sure to have it inspected and repaired as soon as possible. If there is snow or ice on the lights, you will want to remove that so it will not impair your visibility either. Doing so can help you to have a reliable ride.
